本ポリシーは、株式会社ビット（Bit Inc.） が運営する KEEPYBOO（以下「本アプリ」）が、どのようなデータを何のために取り扱うかを説明するものです。本アプリはパズルゲームであり、プレイ自体はオフラインで動作します。取り扱うのは以下に記載する最小限のデータのみです。
1. 端末内に保存されるデータ
ゲームの記録（スコア、クリアタイム、王冠）、設定、購入済みコンテンツの情報は、お使いの端末内に保存されます。アプリを削除するとこれらの端末内データも削除されます。
2. ゲームデータのクラウドバックアップ
機種変更や端末の紛失に備えるため、本アプリはゲームデータ（記録・設定・購入済みコンテンツの情報。氏名などの個人情報は含みません）を Google が運営する Google Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore) のサーバーへ自動的にバックアップします。バックアップは標準では端末ごとに自動生成される匿名のアカウントIDに紐づき、当社がお客様個人と結びつけることはできません。
3. アカウント連携（任意）
設定 > バックアップ・引き継ぎ で Google または Apple アカウントを連携した場合、Google/Apple から提供されるアカウント識別子とメールアドレスを受け取ります。これらはバックアップを新しい端末で復元するための識別と、連携先の表示のみに使用します。広告には使用せず、メールをお送りすることも、第三者に提供することもありません。
4. 利用統計とクラッシュ報告
ゲーム改善のため、匿名の利用統計（どのラウンドが遊ばれ・クリアされたか等）とクラッシュ報告を Google Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics) で送信することがあります。このデータに氏名やメールアドレスなど個人を直接特定する情報は含まれません。端末の広告ID（広告識別子）が含まれることがあり、これは第8条の広告配信にも使用されます。利用統計は設定の「利用統計の送信（匿名）」からいつでもオフにでき、広告IDは端末の設定からいつでもリセット・削除できます。
5. 第三者への提供・データの保管場所
上記のサービスは Google Firebase により提供され、当社に代わってデータを処理し、お客様の居住国以外のサーバーに保管されることがあります。当社がお客様のデータを販売することはなく、これらの処理受託者以外の第三者に提供することもありません。Google のプライバシーポリシー: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. 権限
本アプリはカメラ・マイク・位置情報・連絡先など、端末内の個人データへのアクセス権限を要求しません。ネットワークは上記の目的にのみ使用します。
7. データの保持と削除
端末内データはアプリの削除で消去されます。クラウドバックアップは進行状況の復元のために保持されます。アカウント未連携のままアプリを削除した場合、匿名バックアップには誰も到達できなくなり、利用されません。クラウドバックアップおよび連携アカウント情報の削除は、下記の連絡先からいつでも請求でき、合理的な期間内に削除します。
8. 広告と購入
本アプリは Google AdMob による全画面の動画広告を、操作の区切り（ヒントボタンを押した時、およびクリア後の「もう一度」「次のラウンドへ」）で表示します。広告配信のため、Google がIPアドレス・端末やアプリの情報・おおまかな位置情報などの技術的な情報を処理することがあります。端末の広告ID（広告識別子）を用いて、広告がパーソナライズされることがあります。広告IDは端末の設定からいつでもリセット・削除でき、削除した場合の広告は非パーソナライズになります。法令上必要な地域（EEA/英国）では広告配信の前に同意フォームを表示し、そこでの選択に従います。本アプリは一般向け（13歳以上）であり、子ども向けとして提供するものではありません。「広告非表示」オプションを購入すると広告は表示されなくなります。Google の広告に関するポリシー: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
アプリ内の有料コンテンツの決済はアプリストア（Google Play / App Store）が処理し、当社がお客様の決済情報を受け取ることはありません。
9. お子様について
本アプリは一般向けであり、上記の最小限のデータ（全ユーザー共通）を超えて、お子様から意図的に個人データを収集することはありません。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data KEEPYBOO ("the app"), operated by Bit Inc., handles and why. The app is a puzzle game; playing itself works offline, and we handle only the minimum data described below.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
Game records (scores, clear times, crowns), settings, and purchase entitlements are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes this local data.
2. Cloud Backup of Game Data
To protect your progress against device loss or replacement, the app automatically backs up your game data (game records, settings, and purchase entitlements — no personal profile data) to Google Firebase (Authentication / Cloud Firestore) servers operated by Google. By default this backup is tied to an anonymous account ID created automatically for your device and cannot be connected to you personally by us.
3. Account Linking (Optional)
If you choose to link a Google or Apple account in Settings > Backup & Transfer, we receive the account identifier and email address provided by Google/Apple. These are used solely to identify your backup so it can be restored on a new device, and to display which account is linked. We do not use them for advertising, do not send you emails, and do not share them with third parties.
4. Usage Statistics & Crash Reports
To improve the game, the app may send anonymous usage statistics (such as which rounds are played and cleared) and crash reports via Google Firebase (Analytics / Crashlytics). This data contains no personally identifiable information such as your name or email address. It may include the device advertising identifier, which is also used for the ads described in section 8. You can turn statistics off at any time in Settings > "Share anonymous usage stats", and you can reset or delete the advertising identifier in your device settings.
5. Third Parties & Data Location
The services above are provided by Google Firebase, which processes data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country of residence. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with any third party except these processors. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Permissions
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, or any other personal data on your device. Network access is used only for the purposes described above.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
Local data is deleted when you uninstall the app. Cloud backup data is retained so your progress can be restored; if you uninstall without linking an account, the anonymous backup becomes unreachable and unused. You can request deletion of your cloud backup and linked account data at any time via the contact below, and we will delete it within a reasonable period.
8. Advertising & Purchases
The app shows full-screen video ads provided by Google AdMob at natural breaks (when you tap the hint button, or Retry / Next round after clearing a round). To deliver these ads, Google may process technical data such as IP address, device and app information, and general location. Ads may be personalized using the device advertising identifier. You can reset or delete that identifier in your device settings at any time; ads then become non-personalized. Where required (EEA/UK), a consent form is shown before ads are served and your choice there is respected. The app is intended for a general audience (13+) and is not directed to children. Paid content shown in the app is processed by the app store (Google Play / App Store); we do not receive your payment details.
9. Children
The app is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal data from children beyond the minimal data described above, which applies equally to all users.
