Bit K.K. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use KEEPYBOO for private entertainment purposes on devices you own or control.

2. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including characters, artwork, puzzles, sounds, and software — is owned by Bit K.K. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app or its content, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bit K.K. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

4. Changes

The app and these terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
